3、7. 1. PURPOSE This procedure verifies the durability of the seat frame by simulating loads generated from traveling a vehicle. 2. SCOPE All seats of passenger cars have a recliner 3. TEST SAMPLES Minimum three new assembled seats 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig for fitting seats in actual field c
4、onditions 4.2. Leveling surface table 4.3. Measuring instruments for loads The measuring instruments shall be capable of measuring the load with maximum resolution of 0.5kgf. 4.4. Weight loading jig 3D back pan 5. METHODS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF TEST 5.1. Test method 5.1.1. Remove the trim, the pad an
5、d the spring from the seat cushion to make it in the frame state. 5.1.2. Fit the seat-fixing jig on the leveling surface table, and then mount a seat on the jig. 5.1.3. Set the adjuster systems of the seat as follows: (1) Seat back: Position specified in the design standard (if the design standard u
6、nknown, at an angle of 25 28). (2) Guide rail: Rearmost position (3) Height adjuster system: Uppermost position (4) Other adjuster systems: Positions specified in the design standard 5.1.4. Fit the back pan on the weight loading equipment to load the weight on a position one third from the top of th
7、e seat back as shown in fig. 1. 5.1.5. In case, front seat and 3 separated seat, load the weights in table 1 for 105 cycles.
