Nothing in this document, however, supersedesapplicable laws and regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained.3. RSQUIRSMENTS3.1 Iatall atfon control draw-. Instal
22、lation control drawings shall bein accordance with this specification and shall set forth the electrical, phy-sical, mechanical, and interface, data for installing activities to develop plansand drawings for the ins tallation of electronic equipment.3.2 l?xeuarati n Installation control drawings sha
23、ll be prepared inaccordance with the eneral drawing practices outlined in DOD- STD -100, except that .“Roll” size sheets shall not be used. All sheets of multisheet data elementsshall be the. same size (see 3.3.4). Installation control drawings shall containthe information described in 3.3.6 through
24、 3.3.15. The referenced figuresprescribe the format for the information required. The quantitative values listedthereon are explanatory only. Finished installation control drawings shallcontain the requirements of the installed equipment.3.2.1 umbe Ilnals or duplicateRI reference to subordinate docu
25、ments for revision descrip-tion is not permissible.3.2.11.1 -. The contractor shall mark up a copy of the existingdrawing supplied to the contractor by the Government, to reflect the currentequipment conf fguration.3.2.11.2 ComDl ete. The contractor shall prepare a new original whenspecified.3.3 Con
26、tent and format. Installation control drawing content and formatshall be developed in consonance with the progression of equipment design andproduction as specified herein.3.3.1 Installation desire reservation date. Installation design reserva-tion data shall contain the information listed below and
27、 as specified (see 6.3).The preliminary information provided shall permit a design agent or shipyard toinitiate installation planning for equipment to be installed. Subsequent drawingsshall indicate changes made to these data.(a) Total equipment weight and space requirements.(b) Total equipment elec
28、trical power requirements including type(from sections 300 and 390 of “DOD-STD -1399) , power, voltage,frequency, power factor, phase (single or three phase) .(c) Auxiliary cooling and dry air requirements.(d) Hydraulic fluid power requirements.(e) AIIy unusual requirements such as size of equipment
29、 not permittingentry through ship doors or hatches.(f) Total heat dissipation expressed in watts.3.3.2 neliminarv installation control drawings. Preliminary installationcontrol drawings shall consist of the drawings listed in 3.3.4, as applicable,and as specified (see 6.3) . These drawings shall pro
30、vide information which issufficiently accurate and complete to permit design agents or shipyards to startinstallation design with no major changes expected which may affect installationdesign.3.3.3 Proposed final installation control drawinws. Proposed finalinstallation control drawings shall consis
31、t of the data elements listed in 3.3.4,as applicable and as specified (see 6.3) . These drawings shall be prepared afterall discrepancies on the preliminary drawings have been corrected and informat ionis final, accurate, and complete.3.3.4 Final installation control drawinm. Final installation cont
32、roldrawings shall consist of the following elements, as applicable and as specified(see 6.3).
