Time
38、to rupture and elongation requirements shall be as specified in 3.5.2.3.3.5.2.3.2 When permitted by purchaser, the test of 3.5.2.3 may be conducted using incremental loading. In such case, the load required to produce the initial axial stress specified in Table 7 shall be maintained to rupture or fo
39、r 23 hours, whichever occurs first. After the 23 hours and at intervals of 8 hours, minimum, thereafter, the stress shall be increased in increments of 5.0 ksi (34.5 MPa). 41、r InspectionThe vendor of the product shall supply all samples for vendors tests and shall be responsible for the performance of all required tests. Purchaser reserves the right to sample and to perform any confirmatory testing deemed necessary to ensure that the product conforms to specified requir
42、ements.4.2 Classification of TestsAll technical requirements are acceptance tests and shall be performed on each heat or lot as applicable.4.3 Sampling and TestingShall be in accordance with AMS2371. 4.4 ReportsThe vendor of the product shall furnish with each shipment a report showing the results o
43、f tests for composition of each heat and for tensile properties, hardness, bending and average grain size as solution heat treated for each lot, and for tensile properties, hardness and stress rupture properties as precipitation heat treated for each lot, and stating that the product conforms to the
44、 other technical requirements. This report shall include the purchase order number, heat and lot numbers, AMS5606F, solution heat treatment temperature used, size, product form, and quantity.4.5 Resampling and RetestingShall be in accordance with AMS2371.5. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY5.1 Identification
45、Shall be in accordance with AMS2807.5.2 PackagingThe product shall be prepared for shipment in accordance with commercial practice and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations pertaining to the handling, packaging, and transportation of the product to ensure carrier acceptance and safe de
