14.1.1 圆的标准方程【情境导学】一艘轮船在沿直线返回港口的途中,接到气象台的台风预报,台风中心位于轮船正西 70 km处,受影响的范围是半径为 30 km的圆形区域.已知港口位于台风中心正北 40 km处,如果这艘轮船不改变航线,那么它是否会受到台风的影响?通过这节课的学习我们就会解决这个 问题.(1)什么是圆?初中时我们是怎样给圆下定义的?(平面内与定点距离等于定长的点的集合是圆)(2)平面直角坐标系中,如何确定一个圆?(需确定圆的位置和圆的大小,即确定圆心与半径大小)
