Each step in the examination shall include a visual examination for proper cleaning and presence of the specified pr
9、otective coating and to determine the general quality, completeness of manufacture, assembly, clarity and legibility of markings and workmanship. be applied at the earliest practical point in manufacture at which it is feasible to inspect for acceptance without risk of change in the character- istic
