REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Fabrication. - The power supply shall be manufactured in accordance with Drawing F10559345 and drawings pertaining thereto. 3.2 General specification. - The power supply shall meet the following requirements where applicable of MIL-F- 13926: (a) Order of precedence (b) Dimension

15、12 9999906 0297926 m MIL-P- 14881 (MU) 3.3.1.2.2 Dump relay.- With the PFNvoltage at Pl-A-1 set to 1200 f100 Vdc by means of R10, removal of the 24 Vdc from Pl-19 and Pl-20 shall cause the voltage at Pl-A-1 to drop to less than 50 volts within 25 seconds. 3.3. 1.2.3 PFN charge time. - With R10 set a
16、s in 3.3.1.2.2, reapplying the 24 Vdc of Table I to Pi-19 and Pl-20 at a voltage level of 24 fl Vdc and. 18.5 f.5 Vdc shall cause the voltage at Pl-A-1 to increase to 1200 5100 Vdc in less than 5 seconds, and in less than 6 seconds at the temperature extremes of 3.3.2.2. The repeaking cir- cuit shal
17、l maintain the PFN voltage at this steady state value within 15 volts p-p. 3.3.1 .2.4 Repeaking inhibit. - With the 8 -Vdc signal of Table I applied to Pl-7, the repeaking circuit shall be inhibited, thereby disabling the PFN charge circuit. removed from P1-7, and the type-A signal at Pl-2 changed t

With the type-A signal at Pl-2 changed to logical zero and the load (66.5 kilohms) of Table I connected between P1-5 and P1-15, the repeaking circuit shall be inhibited, With the 8-Vdc signal 3.3.1.2.5 PFN voltage range adjustment. - The PFN v
19、oltage at Pl-A-1 shall be capable of being set to 1OOOf20 Vdc and 1500 f30 - Vdc by adjustment of R10. 3.3.1.2.6 PFN voltage programming - With the PFN voltage (Pl-A-1) set to 1200 f15 Vdc, changing the load between Pl-6 and Pl-9 from 100 kilohms to 32.4 kilohms shalichange the PFN voltage to 1345 H
20、O Vdc, and to 1345 I95 Vdc at the temperature extremes of 3.3.2.2. Changing this load from 32.4 kilohmsto 3.32 megohms shall change the PFN voltage to 1030 f30 Vdc, and 1030 f71 Vdc at the temperature extremes of 3.3.2.2. 3.3. 1.2. 7 15-Vdc interlock. - Removal of the 15 Vdc from P 1- 15 shall inhib

33、RANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection. - Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supp1ie.r is responsible for the performance of ali inspection requirements as Specified herein. Except as otherwise specified, the supplier may utilize his own or any other facili
34、ties suitable for the performance of the inspection requirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the Government. The Govern- ment reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services co
35、xform to prescribed requirements. 4.1.1 General provisions. - The component and subassembly inspection requirements of MIL-F-13926 form a part of the qualitv asskrance provisions of this specification. terms shall be as listed in MIL-STD- 109. Definitions of inspection 4.2 First article (nitial prod
36、uction) approval. - The require- ment for first article approval and the responsibility (Government or contractor) for first article testing shall be as specified in the con- tract. The sample for first article approval tests shall consist of three power supplies. The sample shall be manufactured in
37、 the same manner, using the same materials, equipment, processes, and procedures as used in regular production. All parts and materials, including pack- aging and packing, shall be obtained from the same source of supply as used in regular production. 4.2.1 Government testing. - When the Government
38、is respon- sible for conducting first article approval tests, the contractor, prior to submitting the sample to the Government, shall inspect the sample to insure that it conforms to all the requirements of the contract and submit a record of this inspection with the sample, including certificates o

40、ractor for all the requirements of the contract. The sample and a record of this inspection, including certificates of con- formance for materials, shall be submitted to the Government for approval. The Government reserves the right to witness the contrac- tors inspection. 4.3 Inspection provisions.
41、 4.3.1 Submission of product. - Unless otherwise specified by the contracting officer, inspection lot size, lot formation and presenta- tion of lots shall be in accordance with “Submission of Product“ pro- visions of MIL-STD- 105. 4.3.2. Examination and tests. 4.3.2.1 Components and subassemblies, -
42、 All components and subassemblies shall be inspected in accordance with the inspection provisions contained in Supplementary Quality As surance Provisions (SQAP) listed in the technical data package (TDP). In the absence of SQAPs, the applicable Quality Assurance Provisions of MIL-F- 13926 shall app
43、ly, 4.3.2.2 Final acceptance inspection. - Subsequent to first article approval, examination and tests related to Section 3 herein shall be performed on a single defect (individual characteristic) basis in accordance with MIL-STD-105 and the sampling plans specified in Tables IIIa IV, and V herein,
44、Examination and test for packaging and marking shall be in accordance with MIL-P-14232 and Section 5 herein. The tabulated classification of defects in Tables III, IV, and V shall constitute the minimum inspection to be performed by the supplier after first article approval and prior to Government a
45、cceptance or rejection by item or lot, 4.3.2.3 Functional tests. - The requirements and tests in Table III shall be inspected on a 100% basis.
