9、rd and the continuation of this qualification. This standard is suitable for any type of data resulting from previous production acceptance tests of the product from the manufacturer to be qualified. This statistical evaluation is a part of the technical qualification. 2 Normative references This Eu

18、rocessing tools The statistic processing may be carried out with a software system available on the market or a software system developed in house. 6 Procedure The procedure consists in: - defining the data sampling to be dealt with, - testing the statistical method named in the present standard, wh
19、ich is the most suitable for the data sampling to be dealt with, - comparing the results of the statistical analysis with the requirements in order to pass qualification tests, - proposing a protocol of corrective and curative actions, when the tests show negative results. See figure 1. 6.1 Sampling
20、 6.1.1 Evaluation statement There are three types of statistical evaluation Type I - The material is not new for the manufacturer but it is qualified according to a specification other than an EN (Material Standard). In this case, the data package may be used for constitution of the technical file r
21、equested for technical qualification. Type II - The material is a new material for the manufacturer, who makes another similar material using the same process. In the case where the lower limits for A and B values are not supplied through the literature, the supplier shall give its own initial speci
22、fications based on available data. Type III - The material is a new material for the manufacturer and for the purchaser. Statistical A and B values do not exist yet. For each type of statistical evaluation, the purchaser and the manufacturer shall agree on the initial data package to be analysed in
23、accordance with the following principle, and on an initial material specification see table 1.
