Materials and Manufacture5.1 The tube shall be made from flat-rolled alloy conform-ing to Specification B 536, by an automatic welding processwith no addition of filler metal. Subsequent to welding andprior to final heat treatment, the tube shal
10、l be cold-workedeither in both weld and base metal or in weld metal only.6. Chemical Composition6.1 The material shall conform to the requirements, as tochemical composition specified in Table 2.6.2 If a product (check) analysis is performed by thepurchaser, the material shall conform to the product
11、 (check)analysis variations per Specification B 751.7. Mechanical Properties and Other Requirements7.1 The tensile properties of the material at room tempera-ture shall conform to those shown in Table 1.7.2 Grain SizeAnnealed Alloy UNS N08332 shall con-form to an average grain size of ASTM No. 5 or
12、coarser.7.3 Annealing TemperatureAlloy UNS N08330 shall beannealed at 1900F (1040C) minimum. Alloy UNS N08332shall be annealed at 2050F (1120C) minimum.8.
