The user can find out from the supplier the necessary information to enable him to operate and maintain the heat exchang

20、er in question. However, not all heat exchangers should require the same degree of detailed information; this depends on the type of exchanger and/or its operating conditions. This European Standard is applicable to heat exchanger installations where instructions can be for the installation only, or

21、 for both the installation and its maintenance. Where appropriate, they should include the exchangers working environment, its auxiliary equipment and the necessary conditions for satisfactory energy conservation. In certain cases of mass-produced units, where relevant instructions are contained in

26、standard, the following definitions apply. 3.1 Maintenance 3.1.1 maintenance measures for restoring and retaining a heat exchanger to a correctly functioning state 3.1.2 preventive maintenance maintenance which is scheduled regularly Examples of preventive maintenance include supervisory inspection,

27、 lubrication, cleaning, functional checks and replacement of worn parts. 3.1.3 remedial maintenance maintenance activity, of a type which cannot be planned, for remedying faults 3.1.4 maintenance routine a job order system in which the maintenance measures are specified 3.2 Reliability 3.2.1 operati

The name plates shall give

41、 at least the following information: a) name of the manufacturer or supplier; b) the manufacturers identification number (designation). This information shall be completed by details of the nature of the fluids, their maximum pressure and temperature in service. There is no need for identification f

NOTE Additional information may be required, for example for pressure vessels, to satisfy contractual or legal requirements. 5 Operating instructions The operating instructions shal

43、l include information under the following headings where applicable. 5.1 Classification, description A specification of the type of heat exchanger shall exist in accordance with EN 247:1997, as well as a description of the heat exchanger (design, function, operating conditions), drawings, indication

44、s of connections and flow directions. 5.2 Control equipment A description and circuit diagrams of regulating, control and alarm functions shall exist. 5.3 Set values (adjustment report) A compilation of the set values applied when carrying out adjustments shall exist. The provisions of clause 6 of E
