This specification covers pressure, temperature, thermostatic,door, water, liquid level, liquid flow, and airflow switches, and single-purpose(smoke or combustion gas) detectors and flame detectors used on Naval ships forvisual and audible

3、 alarm systems (that is, systems utilizing indicator lights,sirens, bells, alarm panels) in conjunction with steam or air systems, dieselengines, turbines, auxiliary machinery. This specification is not intended tocover thermostatic or pressure operated switches used as operating controls ,unless In

4、terconnected with an alarm system or specifically required by otherprimary equipment specifications.1.2 Classification. Types of switches and detectors shall be designatedin the forms, as specified (see 3.2.1 through 3.2.1.5 and 6.2.1). (See figures1, 2, and 3 for schematic representation of type de
