REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualificati

7、flame treatment. The tubing shall be free from beads or seams or any obstructions which will interfere with assembly. The treatment must be dry and nontacky. After impregnation, the tube shall be singed to remove all loose external fiber ends. All material shall have the ends cut with a circular kni
8、fe or other appropriate means to prevent fraying. Cut ends are to be treated with a heat resistant plastic to prevent fraying. 3.7 PERFORMANCE AND TESTING Shall withstand a temperature of 370 C for 24 h without apparent disintegration. Shall have a sufficient rigidity to facilitate production, to retain purpose, and to form an assembly without requiring clamp or other holding devices. Shall have sufficient flexibility to permit bending 90 C about a 25 mm mandrel at 23 +/- 2 C and then return to a shape or form which is suitable for “slip-on“ assembly.
