Application of lacquer and other products will need to be considered to provide a suitable finished product. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for initial q

When in the fully assembled form the veneer assembly must comply with the Material performance requirements as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standa
5、rd Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 MATERIAL PROPERTIES 3.2.1 Appearance Color, feature and grain to be as per Master samples 3.2.2 Thickness Nominal thickness - 0.6mm 3.2.3 Moisture content 11 - 18% 3.2.4 Density A/A2 610 +/- 50 kg/m-33.3 PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES Veneer selected for its attractive appearance should be uniform in thickness, smooth, flat, free from decay and have face grain suitable for the intended face grade.
