10、1 Measuring device to determine the damping characteristics of clutch plates 2.3 Test VehicleTTest Piece At least 3 clutch plate assemblies shall be tested. 2.3 Versuchsfahrzeug/Probekrper Es sind mindestens 3 Kupplungsccheiben-Zusam- menbauten zu prfen. 11、ERNATIONAL ENGINEERING STANDARD Draft GMI L-7B01 B-3 3 Procedure 3.1 Preparation 3.1.1 Mount the clutch plate assembly on the vibration test stand and run it in according to drawing specifi- cation. 3.1.2 Fix the clutch plate in the measuring device. 3.2 Conditions 3.2.1 The measurement of the torsi

12、onal characteristics shall be performed at room temperature. 3.2.2 Deviations Deviations from this test procedure shall have been agreed upon. Such deviations shall be specified on component drawings and must be noted on test certificates, reports etc. 3.3 Instructions 3.3.1 A torque shall be applie

13、d to the hub of the clutch plate via the crank handle of the angle drive and the me as u ring shaft. 3.3.2 The torque of the hub shall be recorded on the measuring system versus the torque angle. 3.3.3 Measurement according to drawing specification. 3.4 Data 3.4.1 Targets The characteristics and the

14、 friction torques shall fulfill the drawing specification. 3 Durchfhrung 3.1 Vorbereitung 3.1.1 Kupplungsscheibe-Zusammenbau in Schwingprf- stand einbauen und nach Zeichnungsvorschrift ein- laufen lassen. 3.1.2 Die Kupplungsscheibe in Mevorrichtung einspan- nen. 3.2 Prfbedingungen 3.2.1 Die Messung

15、der Verdrehkennlinien wird bei Raumtemperatur durchgefhrt. 3.2.2 Abweichungen Abweichungen von den Bedingungen dieses Prf- Verfahrens mssen vereinbart werden. Diese Ab- weichungen sind auf Teilezeichnungen vorgeschrie- ben bzw. mssen in Prfzeugnissen, Berichten u. dergi. angegeben werden. 3.3 Prf an

16、 lei tung 3.3.1 ber den Handkurbeltrieb des Winkelgetriebes wird ein Drehmoment ber die Mewelle in die Nabe der Kupplungsscheibe eingeleitet. 3.3.2 Das Drehmoment der Nabe wird ber dem Ver- drehwinkel von dem Mesystem aufgezeichnet. 3.3.3 Die Messung erfolgt nach Zeichnungsvorschrift. 3.4 Ergebnisse
