本标准主要适用 于 轮对 、 车轮 涂装 后 ， 对涂膜完全聚合程度 合格与否的 判定 方法 。
2、引用标准 下列文件中条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款 ASTMD4752 3.技术要求 本标准使用的 MEK符合 D74 本标准使用的吸水纸应干燥 、 洁净 、 无任何污染 。
本标准使用的铁锤要平整光滑，无锈无污染。
3.检验方法 3.1.1 试板状态调节 在试验前，至少放置 3天 。
按本标准所规定的方法进行评定。
3.1.2测试步骤： 3.1.2.1 在涂漆表面选择一个 150mm的测试区，用干净 吸水纸 擦拭干净 3.1.2.2 用记号笔画出 150*25mm的区域 ,作为测试区 3.1.2.3 把 。

2、确规定各检验项目的质量基准，作为检验时判定的依据，如无法以文字述明，则用限度样本来表示。
4检验方法：说明在检验各检验项目时，是分别使用何种检验仪器量规或是以官感检查（例如目视）的方式来检脸，如某些检验项目须委托其他机构代为检脸，亦应注明。
5抽样计划：采用何种抽样计划表（例如计数值用 MIL-SID一 105D,计量值用 MIL 一 STD414） 。
6取样方法：抽取样本，必须由群体批中无偏倚地随机抽取，可利用乱数来取样，但群体批各制品无法编号时，则取样时，必须从群体批任何部位平均抽取样本，且如闭起眼睛似地取样。
7群体批经过检验后的处置：（1）属进料（含加工品）者，则依进料检验规定有关要点办理（合格品，则通知仓储人员办理入库手续，不合格品，则将检验情况通知采购单位，由其依实际情况决定是否需要特采） 。
