8、99 and continued their work afterwards by electronic means. The group formed two working groups A and B. Group A to consider from the standpoint of the developing countries. Instead the group produced four options: To terminate the ITRs by integrating its provisions to constitution, convention or recommendations. To modify
10、 the ITRs keeping it as a treaty level text. To defer the determination of whether to modify the ITRs. Proposals of new areas of regulations to allow further development. The council agreed that: Relevant study groups are invited to consider certain elements of the ITRs which fall within their scope of work to decide whether these elements are st

Questionnaire is to be made among all members to collect opinions and proposals on the review of ITRs, and to be reported to the following year session.,International Te
