2、ground Objectives Expected Outcomes,Project Objectives,Detailed objectives are as following : Building human as well as institutional capacity in the field of ICT through a range of targeted training, education and knowledge sharing measuresThis Project urges for a demand-driven bottom up approach;

3、The methodology will facilitate and consolidate the ownership of the project by the beneficiary countries;In general terms, this project will pay specific attention to link the substance of policy and regulation to Capacity Building.,4,Sub Project 3: ITU-EC Project for the Pacific Islands,2 year pro

4、gramme15 Countries Aims at building human capacity in the field of ICT through a range of targeted training, education and knowledge measures;Consider in-country assistance hiring experts from the region;Recipient countries will agree on topics to be covered by this project.,Possible Partners,Countr

7、rategic frameworks to accelerate ICT development in, and among countries in the Pacific Sub Region, to maximize economic and social benefit.To serve national priorities in line with the goals of WTDC06 and WSIS Action Plan,SPECIFICALLY FOR THE PROJECT LAUNCH AND PLANNING MEETING,Objectives of the Pl

8、anning Meeting,Formally present the ICB4PAC project to stakeholders - Provide opportunity for stakeholders to identify the main areas of regional focus and the priorities for the project - Identify relevant resources and technical cooperation requirements in the region - Finalise the projects scope
