2、 view of illness and disease, identifying multiple causes; both internal and external, and offers multi dimensional “healing ”, as opposed to specific “cures”. It is concerned with ones propensity toward disease as it is with its transmission.,What is Holistic Health (contd),Taking into account ones

3、 body, mind, emotions, and spiritual life, holistic health combines the best of modern science diagnosis mentoring techniques with both ancient and innovative health promotion methods. These include: natural diet and herbal remedies, nutritional supplements, exercise, relaxation, psycho- spiritual,W

4、hat is Holistic Health (contd),counseling, meditation, breathing exercises, and other self-regulatory practices. It addresses not only symptoms, but also the entire person, his or her current life predicament, including family life, job, and religious beliefs. The fundamental premise is that your bo

Work is art and “it is deeply linked to our sense of who we are and our relationship to the universe.” By finding work that offers us integrity, service, enjoym
