SCOPE 1.1 Scope. - This specification covers the preparation and submission of data for spare parts, special tools, and accessori
2、es required for the operational maintenance of TC equipment. 1.2 Classification. - Spare parts data shall include the following, as Type I - Spare parts, accessories, and special tools required for normal Type II - A list of all service parts, including spare parts required to specified (see 6.1): o

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Breakdown. - Equipment components shall be divided into groups to facilitate the use of the data. Each gr
4、op shall be subdivided into assemblies and subassemblies, and each in turn shall list the detailed parts. All such data shall be in tabular form and shall be arranged logically for each major item of equipment. 3.2 Assemblies. - In these cases where the manufacturer recommends compIete replacement o
5、f an assembly, due to low monetary value, or the need of highly specialized jigs, tools, or personnel to repair or replace in part, the assembly shall be considered a single item and no parts data shall be included. 3.3 Rcquircd copicu. - Unless otherwise specified (sec 6. i), four clcar, legible co
6、pies of all data. shall be submitted, of which at least cne shall be a reproducible copy. 3.4 Unit cost. - The current unit cost, and effective year of unit cost, shall be indicated for each group, assembly, subasscmbly, accessory, tool, and spare part. 1.
