2、Facilities” (SF) Working Group Text of the Recommendation adopted by the “Commercial Action Committee” (CAC). “The European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations, considering - that in the years to come, new electronic and semi-electronic telephone switching systems will be ins

3、talled by most - that such systems allow the introduction of new services and facilities, - that a certain number of these services and facilities can be of social interest and increase the attraction of - that certain of these services and facilities might increase the profitability of such systems

4、 by reasonable invest- - that in the future the users will be increasingly able to compare the services and facilities offered by network - that harmonisation of the operating procedures and functional specifications may lead to a reduction in the cost CEPT network operators, telecommunications syst

5、ems, ment, operators in the various CEPT Member countries, of introducing such services and facilities in automatic telephone exchanges, O recommends - that network operators, while introducing electronic and semielectronic telephone systems also take into con- sideration the introduction of new ser

6、vices and facilities, - that of the services and facilities mentioned and defined in the “Handbook on services and facilities offered to the subscribers in modern telephone systems”, prior consideration be given to those listed in the Annex to this Recommendation (this list will be revised and broug

7、ht up to date in the light of the thorough studies being conducted in the CEPT), - that while deciding whether of not to introduce new services and facilities, the following aspects be considered: a) the extent of the demand b) the possible profitability c) the social usefulness d) the possibility o
