20、endiculartothebond area.Thebondstrengthiscalculatedasthequotientbetweenthefailureloadandthetestarea.Thetestareais definedbycoringorcuttingthroughthescreedintothesubstrate. 4 Symbolsandabbreviations F isthefailureloadinN; A isthetestareainmm 2 ; B isthebondstrengthinN/mm 2 . 5 Apparatusandmaterial Te

Pullofftestequipment complyingwithEN24624withapullingcapacitysufficienttocausetensilebondfailureof thespecimen.Theaccuracyshallbewithin 2%(acapacityof10kNissufficientformostapplications).Thepull offequipmentshallbec

25、apableofapplyingtheloadaccordingto3.1ofEN24624:1992andshallbeprovidedwitha measurementdevicethatdisplaystheexertedforcebyananalogueordigitalsystem.Themeasurementdevice shallretainthereadingofmaximumforceexerted. 6Procedure Samplingofscreedmaterialandpreparationandcuringoftestspecimensshallfollowthem

26、ethodinEN138921.If abondingagentisprescribedbythemanufacturer,itshallbeappliedtothesurfaceoftheconcretetestspecimens. Thethicknessofthescreedshallbewithintherangedeclaredbythemanufacturer. Eitherthesquareorthecircularpullheadplatesshallbeused.Thesquarepullheadplatesarepreferredwhere thescreedisgreat

27、erthan20mminthickness. Aminimumof5testareasofapproximately50mmcrosssectionshallbecoredorcutthroughthescreedmaterial orthefloorscreed.Thetestareasshallbeatleast50mmapartfromeachotherandatleast50mmawayfromthe edgeofthetestspecimens.Thedimensionsofeachtestareashallbemeasuredtothenearest0,5mm.Thetest ar

28、eashallbecalculatedandtheresultrecorded. Afterstorage,testspecimensshallbecutorcoredusingacoredrillingmachineorasaw,asappropriate.The cuttingshallextendthroughthescreedtoadepthofmorethan5mmintothesubstrate.Watercoolingshouldbe avoided,especiallyforcalciumsulphateandmagnesitescreeds.Ifwatercoolingisu

29、navoidable,thecuttingor coringshouldbedoneatleastonedaybeforethetensiletesting.Damagedspecimensshallberejected. Thepullheadplatesshallbebondedcentrallyonthetestareaswiththeadhesive,preventinganyexcessadhesive frombridgingthecutaroundthetestareas. Thetensileloadshallbeappliedperpendiculartothetestare

30、athroughthepullheadplates.Theloadshallbe appliedwithoutshockandatauniformrateof0,05 0,01N/(mm 2 s).Thefailureloadshallberecorded.Anytest shallberejectedwherethemodeoffailureisfractureattheadhesivelayerbetweenthepullheadplateandthe screedandtheachievedvalueislowerthanthedesignatedvalue.EN138928:2002(

31、E) 6 7 Expressionofresults Theindividualbond( B)strengthshallbecalculatedfromthefollowingformula: A F B= Thebondstrengthshallbecalculatedasthemeanvaluefromthe5individualvaluestothenearest0,1N/mm 2 . Fromavisualassessment,thetypeoffailureofthespecimenshallbedetermined.Typesoffailureareasfollows: X =

32、Cohesivefailureintheconcretesubstrate X/Y = Failurebetweenthesubstrateandthescreed Y = Cohesivefailureinthescreed Z = Failurebetweentheadhesivelayerandthepullheadplate Ifthereisacombinationofthesetypesoffailure,avisualinspectionshallbemadeofthefailurefacetoestimate thepercentageofeachtypeoffailure,b

33、asedonthesurfacearea,forexample: X:X/Y:Y=40%:10%:50%. Wherethescreedsystemcomprisesmorethan1layerofmaterialthelocationoffailure,ifoccurringbetweenthe layers,shallberecorded. 8 TestReport Thetestreportshallincludethefollowinginformation: a) number,titleanddateofissueofthisEuropeanStandard; b) nameand
