Procedure Using the test equipment detailed in Figure 1, test seven diaphragm assemblies from each of the current approved production suppliers. Test Duration: 2,300,000 cycles requ
4、ired Test Temperature: 200 +/- 5 F Test Frequency: 115 cycles/minute +/- 10 cycles Test Cycle: 10 inches Hg to 20 inches Hg to 10 inches Hg Fluid Level: Must cover vacuum diaphragm opening throughout test At the completion of the test, examine and report whether diaphragm failure has occurred.
