Parts Required 7 C4AP 7A377-A - Diaphragm Assembly Conditioning and Test Conditions All test values indicated herein are based on material conditioned in a controlled atmosphere of 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5 % rela

3、tive humidity for not less than 24 h prior to testing and tested under the same conditions unless otherwise specified. Procedure Using the test equipment detailed in Figure 1, test seven diaphragm assemblies from each of the current approved production suppliers. Test Duration: 2,300,000 cycles requ

4、ired Test Temperature: 200 +/- 5 F Test Frequency: 115 cycles/minute +/- 10 cycles Test Cycle: 10 inches Hg to 20 inches Hg to 10 inches Hg Fluid Level: Must cover vacuum diaphragm opening throughout test At the completion of the test, examine and report whether diaphragm failure has occurred.
