17、art 3. 3. SOFTWARE: The intent of this specification is that all completed drawings received by the requisitioning activity are in a fully attributed AutoCAD .dwg format. While the use of Ford approved third party controls CAD operating systems may be used, they may not leave residual, proprietary l
18、inks to the AutoCAD .dwg file. The completed drawing must be fully editable by the selected AutoCAD version, without the need of third party software. 3.0.1 Refer to Annex F for IEC sample drawings - method and symbol conversions. 3.0.2 Refer to Annex G for ANSI sample drawings - method and symbol c
19、onversions. 3.1 VERSION: Use the AutoCAD Release specified by the requisitioning activity. The Supplier, at no cost to Ford Motor Company, shall replace any loss of information resulting from using older or newer versions. Refer to the CAD Option Sheet - Annex A. 3.2 REQUIREMENTS FOR THIRD PARTY CAD
20、 SOFTWARE PACKAGES: All Ford approved third party controls CAD software packages/programs, used with drawings constructed in compliance with this standard, must be capable of rapid and automatic conversion of the symbols and their annotation (attributes) from IEC ANSI, without any gaps between the c
21、hanged symbols and the lines they are connected to or any overlapping of the lines onto the new symbol. If Ford approved third party controls CAD software is not used, the drawings and the symbols thereon shall be constructed in accordance with this standard, so as to facilitate manual or automatic
22、conversion, individually or by group or sheets(s), of symbols between IEC ANSI. The annotation (attributes) on these symbols shall not be lost or corrupted during the conversion, nor shall it overlap the symbol or any adjacent symbol or lines after the conversion. 4. 25、se AutoCAD BLOCKS .dwg files for all standard symbols. Symbols comprised of individual entities shall be cause for rejection of drawings - symbols shall remain in an unexploded state. Manipulation of a symbol shall be possible by a pick on any part of the symbol. All symbols shall be constructed wit
26、h a scale factor of 1:1. 4.3 Suppliers may use their own symbol library with the following qualifications and shall meet the symbol conversion requirements, IEC ANSI. Refer to Section 3.2. 4.3.1 ELECTRICAL DIAGRAMS: Refer to Symbol Set and Drawing Method Selection - Annex A 4.3.1.1 If the requisitio
27、ning activity selects the IEC symbol set, the basic symbol set shall be in compliance with IEC 60617-2. 4.3.1.2 If the requisitioning activity selects the IEC method, the device identification and wire numbering shall be based on the ISO grid referencing method with horizontal circuit construction.
28、4.3.1.3 If the requisitioning activity selects the ANSI symbol set, the basic symbol set shall be in compliance with ANSI Y32-2. 4.3.1.4 If the requisitioning activity selects the ANSI method, the device identification and wire numbering shall be based on the Sheet and Line Number referencing method
29、 with horizontal circuit construction. 4.3.2 HYDRAULIC and PNEUMATIC Graphic Symbols and Circuit Diagram 4.3.2.1 The graphic symbol set shall be in compliance with ISO 1219-1. 4.3.2.2 The circuit diagrams shall be in compliance with ISO 1219-2. 4.4 All SYMBOLS shall be constructed as BLOCKS and inse
30、rted with SNAP ON. 4.5 Additional electrical standard symbols shall be as specified in Ford Global Manufacturing Standard w-EX1. 4.6 Use component manufacturers .dwg files for items such as servo amplifiers, motor drives, etc. 4.7 Suppliers shall include a symbol identification table showing IEC and
31、 ANSI abbreviations, their Class Letter(s) or ANSI identification letter(s) and a functional description. The symbol identification sheet shall be included in the final drawing set. Refer to Annex D. 4.8 ACCEPTABILITY OF SYMBOL LIBRARIES: Suppliers shall submit a full-size plot of their symbol libra
32、ries, showing insertion points, to the requisitioning activity at the time of their bid to verify its acceptability, before drawings are created. Refer to Section 3.2. 4.9 Symbols shall be a base dimension of 6mm for symbol construction, unless otherwise specified by the requisitioning activity, wit
33、h the connection points of wires and terminals to coincide with a snap setting of 2mm. Refer to Annex C. Three phase devices shall be constructed at 8mm or 16mm distance between wiring points. EDIT CAPABILITY: Drawings shall be cap
47、able of being fully edited. Ford Motor Company will not accept the use of any technique that prevents access and manipulation of any drawing entity. Use AutoCAD BLOCKS (.dwg files) for all standard blocks. BLOCKS comprised of individual entities shall be cause for rejection of drawings - that is, BL
48、OCKS shall remain in an unexploded state. Manipulation of a BLOCK shall be possible by a pick on any part of the BLOCK. Refer to Section 4.2. 8. CUSTOM ENTITIES 8.1 Custom SHAPES, LINE TYPES and FONTS shall not be used. Only those included with the specified AutoCAD Release is acceptable. 8.2 Do not
49、 use SHAPES for SYMBOLS. SHAPES are custom entities and require files other than the .dwg file on the disk. 8.3 AutoCAD XREFs shall not be allowed in final drawings. 9. DRAWING SETUP: All drawings shall read in the direction of the title block. Refer to Annex F and G and ISO 5457: 1999, 4.1. 9.1 The following limits shall be established for all drawings: 9.2 The ISO grid reference system shall be constructed at 50mm intervals. Refer to ISO 5457:1999, 4.4. 9.3 Set the AutoCAD GRID spacing at 12mm or
