3、aced by GMW 14601. 1. PURPOSE This standard aims at determining the frontward loading strength of the front seat back when the rear seat back is folded and luggage are loaded. 2. SCOPE This standard applies to the front seat of the vehicle whose rear seat back is folded. 3. TEST SAMPLES At least 3 n
4、ew seat assemblies shall be tested. 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig with which to fix the seat in the vehicle condition 4.2. Groove plate 4.3. Loading device It shall be capable of loading and measuring with accuracy not exceeding 0.5Kgf. 4.4. Loading jig Un-deformed 100mm thick plate with width
5、larger than seat back width 5. TEST METHOD AND SPECIFICATIONS 5.1. Test preparation 5.1.1. Fix the seat fixture jig onto the groove plate and install the seat onto the jig. 5.1.2. Fix the seat operating parts as follows: (1) Seat back : design standard point (2528when it is not specified) (2) Guide

Test procedure 5.2.1. After folding the rear s
7、eat back as shown in Fig 1, install the loading jig to the mid point between the rear frame upper end and headrest upper end and apply load as in 5.2.2. 5.2.2. Loading shall be as follows: F = ( GVW - CVW - P ) 0.44 GVW : maximum allowable weight (Kgf) CVW : curb weight (Kgf) F : Applied load (Kgf) P : No. of occupants on front seat 70 (Kgf) 5.2.3.
