1、培养研究生委托协议甲方(委托方):_乙方(受托方):_丙方(委培生):_(乙方)根据 _(甲方)的委托,为甲方培养研究生_名。经三方协商,达成协议如下:一、委托培养研究生姓名、专业姓名:_性别:_院(部,所):_专业:_学制:三年类别:_(博士或硕士)备注:_二、委托培养研究生的培养、管理1委托培养研究生学制为三年,在校学习期间,按照乙方培养方案及学籍管理规定进行培养和管理,按培养计划的规定,完成课程和必修环节的学习,成绩及德体合格,并完成毕业(学位)论文通过答辩,由乙方颁发毕业证书并按乙方授予学位的有关规定授予相应学位。2委托培养研究生是国家计划外招收的研究生,学习期间不转户口,档案,人事关

2、系,只转临时组织(党团)关系。甲方负责发放委培生的工资,书籍费,医疗费,各种补贴等费用。3丙方应遵守各方的各种规章制度,因各种原因作退学、取消学籍、开除学籍等学籍处理时,由乙方做出决定,并将丙方的人事档案及在校期间的学籍档案退回甲方。丙方休学,延期或提前毕业、报考博士、从事博士后研究,必须征得甲方同意,方能办理有关手续。三、委托培养研究生经费按照教育部、国家计委、财政部高等学校收费管理暂行办法中有关规定及我校关于招收委托培养研究生收费标准,甲方应向乙方交纳委托培养费。委托培养费标准为博士研究生_年,非专业学位硕士研究生_年,工商管理硕士(MBA)研究生_年,法律硕士(JM)_年,根据以上标准,

3、甲方付给乙方研究生培养费每生每年_元,共_人,三年共计_元。甲方应于当年_月_日前将三年培养费一次性交付乙方,逾期不交按丙方自动放弃录取资格处理。开户行:_;单位:_;帐号:_。用途请务必注明:本人姓名,报考专业及院(部,所),“博(硕)士研究生培养经费”字样。丙方因故中途辍学,当学年在校时间不满一学期的,培养经费按半年计算,超过一学期的按一年计算。如丙方因故延期毕业,丙方对甲方向乙方交付委托培养费的义务承担连带责任。四、其它事宜1甲乙丙三方应认真执行本协议书的有关条款,违约造成的后果由违约一方负责。本协议书未尽事宜,必须由三方协商另行做出书面补充协议,否则无效。2甲方根据本单位人事管理的有关规定,可与丙方另外签订协议。3本协议书经三方签字盖章后生效,有效期至丙方毕业时止。如丙方因各种原因未能入学,该协议自动废止。4本协议书一式三份,甲乙丙三方各执一份,具有同等效力。甲方(盖章):_ 乙方(盖章):_代表人(签字):_ 代表人(签字):_年_月_日 _年_月_日签订地点:_ 签订地点:_丙方(签字):_ _年_月_日 签订地点:_
