34、rdrangeofEN8371. 4.1.1General ThecomponentshallcomplywiththetechnicalrequirementsofEN8371. 4.1.2 Accuracyclassandnominalsize Thecomponentshallhaveatleastaccuracyclass1,6andatleastnominalsize40asgiveninEN8371. 4.1.3Corrosion ThecomponentshallmeetthesameaccuracyrequirementsofEN8371afterbeingsubjectedt

35、othecorrosive atmosphereasdescribedin5.2.8withtheinletsealedduringconditioning. 4.2Pressure switches 4.2.1Design Theswitchingaccuracyofthecomponentatthedesignatedsettingpointshallnotexceed 2,5%ofthepressure developedinthecontainerat50 Corshallnotexceed 2,5%ofthemaximumpressureexpectedattheplaceofuse

36、 inthesystem. Thecomponentshallbespecifiedbythemanufacturerforaworkingpressureofatleastthepressuredevelopedin thecontainerat50C. Themanufacturershallspecifytheswitchingcapacity. Thecomponentshallincorporateselfresettingcontacts. ThecomponentshallbedesignedtohaveatleastclassIP54ofEN6 0529. 4.2.2Funct

37、ion Whentestedinaccordancewith5.2.4thecomponentaccuracyshallbeinaccordancewith4.2.1andtheelectrical connection(s)shallfunctioncorrectly. 4.2.3 Internalpressure Whentestedinaccordancewith5.2.5thecomponentshallnotleak.Thecomponentshalloperatesatisfactorilywhen testedinaccordancewith5.2.4afterbeingtest

42、instructionsincludingmountinginstructions; d)operating instructions; e)maintenance instructions; f) routinetestinginstruction,ifappropriate. 4.3.3 Themanufacturershallpreparedesigndocumentation,whichshallbesubmittedtothetestingauthority togetherwiththesample(s),exceptwheretheconditionsofsupplytothem
