The DIN 2250 Geometrical product specifications (GPS) GO ring gauges and se
5、tting ring gauges series of standards comprises the following: Part 1: From 1 mm to 315 mm nominal diameter Part 2: From 1 mm to 315 mm nominal diameter for precision engineering Amendments This standard differs from DIN 2250-1:1989-11 as follows: a) The introductory element “Geometrical product spe
6、cifications (GPS)” has been added to the title. b) “R setting rings” for adjustable reamers are now specified. c) Subclause “Requirements for R setting rings” has been added. d) The tolerance class for bore d1for C setting rings has been changed from “JS3” to “JS4”. e) The run-out tolerance has been
7、 replaced by the squareness tolerance. f) The roughness parameter “Rz” has been changed to “Rzmax” in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1302. g) The standard has been editorially revised. 23、elivery conditions shall be as in DIN 2239. Lettering and marking shall be as in DIN 2259 and DIN 2279. Squareness tolerance t of the blank face: Numerical values of the IT9 series as in DIN ISO 286-1 relative to d1. Protruding edges resulting from the manufacturing process shall not be deeper than
24、as specified in Table 3 on either side. 25、ing gauges Gauge dimensions for dimensions given with ISO tolerance symbols shall be as in DIN 7163. Gauge dimensions for dimensions given with numerical tolerances shall be as in DIN 7150-2. Gauge dimensions for the major diameter of external threads shall be as in DIN ISO 1502. 5.3 Requirements fo

EXAMPLE Tolerances for setting rings in 50 mm to 80 mm nominal diameter range: Dimensional tolerance for bore d1: JS4 = 4 m Cylindricity tolerance for bore d1: 0,1 IT4 = 0,8 m 5.4 Requirements for R setting rings Tolerance class for bore d1: see Table 4 Surface roughness parameter Rzma
28、x for bore d1: 0,4 m Cylindricity tolerance for bore d1: up to 150 mm nominal diameter 0,1 numerical value of IT4 series as in DIN ISO 286-1, over 150 mm nominal diameter subject to agreement between manufacturer and user. The nominal size of the bore, d1, of setting rings for adjustable reamers sha
29、ll be determined by adding 2/3 of the workpiece bore tolerance to the minimum workpiece bore size. To obtain a logical series, some tolerances within the nominal diameter range of 1 mm to 10 mm were slightly modified. The specification laid down in the first sentence of this paragraph shall be taken
30、 into consideration when calculating the tolerance for bore d1of setting rings in other tolerance classes than those given in Table 4 or for workpiece bores that are given with numerical tolerances.
