The unqualified term “coil” as applied to “flatproduct” usually refers to a coil in which the product is spirallywound, with the successive layers on top of one another.(Sometimes c
21、alled a “roll.”)3.2.2 lengths, mill, nstraight lengths, including ends, thatcan be conveniently manufactured in the mills. Full lengthpieces are usually 2400, 3000, or 3600 mm and subject toestablished length tolerances.3.2.2.1 lengths, stock, nstraight lengths that are mill cutand stored in advance
22、 of orders. They are usually 2400, 3000,or 3600 mm and subject to established length tolerances.3.2.3 rolled bar, na rolled flat product over 5 mm thickand up to and including 300 mm wide, with sheared, sawed, ormachined edges, in straight lengths or coils (rolls).4.
