6、n accordance with thefollowing tests from Test Methods F2711:5.1.1 Horizontal Loading Fatigue TestThe frame shall betested and each must complete a minimum 100 000 cycles witha cyclic load of 600 N tensile and 600 N compressive.5.1.2 Vertical Loading Fatigue TestThe frame shall betested and each mus
7、t complete a minimum 50 000 cycles witha cyclic load of 1200 N to 120 N load in the compressivedirection.5.1.3 Impact Strength TestThe frame shall be tested witha drop height of 180 mm, and the permanent set of the frameand fork shall be less than 40 mm.6. Rejection and Rehearing6.1 Frames that fail
8、 to meet the requirements of thisstandard shall be rejected.7. Certification7.1 When specified in the purchase order or contract, thepurchaser shall be furnished certification that specimens havebeen either tested or inspected as directed in this specificationand the requirements have been met. When
9、 specified in thepurchase order or contract, a report of the test results shall befurnished.8.
