35、mpiing and criteria for acceptance In the context of this standard, the sampling method by ATTRIBUTES is proposed, though it is also possible to use sampling by variables. The evaluation of a lot of para-aramid fibre filament yarn is based on the sampling that is described in the standard EN IS0 188
36、6 or IS0 2859-1 and on the acceptance quality level (AQL) of 13 % for the physical properties and 2,5 % for the visual properties. Depending on the circumstances, the control for the evaluation of a lot, may be either with a “normal” inspection level (for the qualification of a product or in the cas

Tables 2 and 3 show the procedure for inspection by attributes with the normal test plan (Table 2) and the reduced test plan (Table 3). Table 2 - Test plan - normal insp

48、fibre filament yams. A.2 Denition The difference in length is evaluated on the basis of the difference in sagging (a on Figure A. 1) between the maximum and minimum sag of the individual aramid fibre filament yams. This difference in sagging is measured and expressed in mm. This property can also be
49、 identified by the term: “catenary”. A3 Prlncfple of the method 15 m of yam taken from the bobbin under test are arranged horizontally and stressed to 12,7 mN/tex at one end. The differences in yam length are given by the difference between the maximum sag of the individual aramid fibre filament yarns. A.4 Apparatus The test apparatus consists of the following parts to be arranged as shown in Figure A. 1 : - two stands, approx. 1 200 mm high. A rubber-faced clamp is fixed to one stand and a pulley attached to the other; - movable rubbergaced clamp, capable o
