SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are pumpable, one component, solvent free, airless and/or ADFOSY sprayable, induction heat precurable, epo

5、xy resin based (WSK-M2G330-A), or, epoxy/pvc blend based, pregellable (WSK-M2G330-A2/A3/A4) heat curing and E-coatable, structural metal-to-metal adhesives. The version A4 contains glassbeads for improved hemflange-filling rate. 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally for materi

6、al used for structural bonding of metal-to-metal body components such as the inner and outer panels (hem flange) of doors, hoods, and deck lids, etc. These adhesives can be used to bond cold rolled as well as precoated metal substrates. The materials are applicable on oiled surfaces with acceptable

7、oil film weights (European applications limit the oil/pre-lubricant film weight to max 3 g/m, see Performance Spec. WSK-M11P47 para. 3.6). Note: Care must be taken to ensure that the local oil film weight in the area of the adhesive/sealer application does not exceed the critical limit. Monitoring o

8、f the film thickness, adequate storage of the part and/or cleaning of the surface prior to sealer/adhesive application is necessary to avoid critical film thickness values, which would then cause malfunction of the sealer/adhesive. Adhesive handling strength is obtained after induction heating to ad

9、hesive temperature of 185 C for 5 seconds. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 15、specifications shall meet all requirements of performance specification WSK-M11P47-A2 or WSK-M11P47-A4 respectively. 3.7 QUALITY The material shall be of uniform quality, free from foreign materials and properties detrimental to normal production use. It shall not cause excessive soiling of handlers

16、 in normal production use. 3.8 LINE TRIAL Materials being evaluated for approval to this specification shall be subjected to a production trial. Functional trial results must be approved by the affected assembly operation. Results shall be made available to Materials Engineering prior to material ap

17、proval and release. 4.
